Cheesy Biscuits

There are few things in life that are certain, but one of those certain things is that bread and cheese are delicious together. It is just a fact. Especially when that cheese is mozzarella cheese.

That being said, I don't think what I'm going to share today needs too much of an introduction. It is basically a roll filled with mozzarella. The mozzarella is hot and gooey, and it will be eaten up in minutes. When I made these for Joe they were the only food we had that night that didn't have leftovers, and I made quite a few of them. It is also quick and easy, which is even better.

Cheesy Biscuits
From Oh Bite It

1 Container of Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
3/4 lbs of mozzarella
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pop open the Grands container and lightly flatten each biscuit.

Cube the Mozzarella and load the biscuit, just enough where you can still close it.

Seal them very well.

Place the cheesy biscuits on the baking pan and brush them with oil.

Sprinkle with the parmesan and the italian seasoning.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden. Don't be surprised if some cheese escapes while baking.

Best served with lasagna :) Or really anything...
