Today is our 33rd President Harry S. (fun fact: the S. doesn't stand for anything) Truman's birthday. Because he is originally from Independence, Missouri, which is right outside Kansas City, and used to be a Judge in Kansas City, his birthday is an official county holiday. That means the courts are closed, and this girls gets a half day off.
